Everything you need to know about managing, skipping, updating, or getting help with your Oceanside subscription.

How do Oceanside Subscriptions work?

Choose the seafood you want, select your preferred delivery frequency, and we’ll automatically prepare and ship your recurring order according to your schedule.

You stay in control and can manage upcoming deliveries from your Oceanside account.

Do subscribers save money?

Yes. Eligible subscription orders receive a 5% discount, making it easier to keep premium seafood on hand while saving on recurring purchases.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your Oceanside customer account.

  1. Log in at account.oceansideseafood.com.
  2. Click Subscription at the top of the page or in the menu.
  3. Select the subscription you want to manage.
  4. Update upcoming order contents, shipping details, billing details, or delivery timing.
Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You can skip an upcoming delivery with no penalty fees. This is helpful if you’re traveling, still have seafood on hand, or simply want to delay your next shipment.

  1. Log into your Oceanside account.
  2. Open your subscription list and click Manage.
  3. Select Upcoming Orders.
  4. Next to the delivery date, click Skip Order.
  5. To restore it later, click Resume Shipment.
How far in advance can I skip shipments?

You can skip deliveries up to 7 shipments in advance, giving you plenty of flexibility while keeping your subscription active.

Can I change the seafood in my subscription?

In many cases, yes. From your account, you may be able to update upcoming order contents depending on product availability and your subscription settings.

For help adjusting your seafood selection, contact Oceanside support and we’ll help guide you through it.

Can I update my shipping address or billing information?

Yes. Log into your Oceanside account and open your subscription settings to update your shipping address, billing details, or other account information.

Please update shipping details before your next order is processed to avoid delivery issues.

When will I be charged?

Your subscription is billed according to the delivery frequency you selected. Upcoming orders can be viewed inside your Oceanside account before they are processed.

How is my seafood shipped?

Oceanside seafood is packed for cold-chain delivery using insulated packaging and dry ice when needed, helping your order arrive frozen and ready for your freezer.

What happens if my order has already processed?

Once an order has already processed, we may not be able to modify, cancel, or refund that shipment. Please make subscription changes before your next order is processed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. If you need help adjusting your subscription, our team can help pause, modify, or cancel your plan. Before canceling, you may also choose to skip deliveries up to 7 shipments in advance.
