These jumbo shrimp are butterflied and hand breaded for a crisp, golden coating with tender shrimp inside. Farm-raised in Vietnam, they cook quickly from frozen and make an easy appetizer, seafood basket or entrée. Each 3 lb. box contains approximately 50–60 finished breaded shrimp.

Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 340°F. Add frozen shrimp, shaking the basket to prevent them from sticking together, and fry for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown.
