Bay Scallops have a mild, sweet flavor and tender texture that work beautifully in casseroles, pasta, seafood stews and sautés. These chemical-free scallops are wild caught in the North Atlantic, flash frozen for freshness and sized approximately 40–60 per pound.
Their smaller size allows them to cook quickly and distribute evenly through pasta, casseroles and seafood fillings. Pat them dry before cooking to encourage browning and avoid crowding the pan.
