Atlantic Cod Loins

One of our customer favorites, this wild-caught North Atlantic cod is frozen shortly after harvest to lock in freshness. Cod is packed with protein and has a mild flavor with large, thick white flakes, making it an excellent choice for fish and chips, baking, broiling, or pan frying.

The thick loin cut provides substantial portions that remain moist when properly cooked. Its clean flavor pairs well with breadcrumbs, lemon, herbs, butter, tomato sauces and classic fish-and-chips preparations.
